Is this all legal?
YES! 100%! The 2018 USDA Farm Bill allows for hemp derived products containing no more than 0.3%∆9 THC by weight to be sold, shipped, and consumed all over the country! We follow that rule without exceptions.
Is THCa the same as THC?
Hmmph... sort of... let us explain. THCa (tetrahydrocannabinolic acid) is a naturally occurring cannabinoid that is abundant in raw cannabis buds, and does not have psychoactive qualities when consumed in its unprocessed form. THC is the principal psychoactive compound found in cannabis. When THCa is exposed to heat (ex. the flame from your lighter), it converts to THC. So, no, they are not the same thing... but it doesn't take much to convert THCa to THC.
